gem install buildr失敗

我建議使用Buildr和JRuby。這可以減輕很多痛苦，因爲你唯一的依賴是Java，當你使用Buildr構建Java項目時通常可以使用Java，並且你可以避免使用ruby-java橋。 – vanto

Buildr僅在Windows上支持JRuby。你可以在Windows上安裝rjb，但這是一個痛苦的過程。 JRuby速度非常快（在JDK7上速度更快，對團隊來說更是如此），而且你可能會很好。
