無法在IntelliJ IDEA的

我猜你有一個war包裝項目與Maven和你已經標記你的servlet引擎（tomcat）提供。

不幸的是，IntellIJ IDEA不是add provided dependencies in the runtime classpath，這就是爲什麼當你從IDE運行它時你的項目無法工作。
