gem update mysql2 

或添加

gem "mysql2", "~> 0.3.11"

我甚至升級後有同樣的問題。它一直拒絕使用0.3.11，並默認回到早期版本。

最後發現在Gemfile中我寫的是「< 0.3」而不是「> 0.3」。
