WP 7.5 - 什麼可能導致ListBox滾動條保持可見？

Windows Phone 7的默認設置是僅當用戶滾動時才顯示滾動條。在我的應用程序中，他們一直保持現狀，並驗證了ScrollViewer的可見性屬性並未在任何地方設置。還有什麼可以導致滾動條永久顯示嗎？
