Kenitico CMS沒有得到配置

我配置Kentico CMS到我的本地機器，但得到以下錯誤：

The CISM115\cis account is not granted with Modify permission on folder C:\inetpub\wwwroot\KenticoCMS\ . Although this is not an error, it's highly recommended that you configure these permissions.

這究竟是爲什麼？如何解決？
