你試圖調用string.lowercase(blabla)而這也正是你TypeError

print "In Boston, Lincolnshire it is currently: " + bostonweather['current_conditions']['text'].lower() + " and " + bostonweather['current_conditions']['temperature'].lower() + ("C.\n")
