我認爲該選項僅適用於創建堆棧。說明中說Specifies whether the stack should be rolled back if stack creation fails.。

如果您看AWS CLI，--disable-rollback標誌可用於aws cloudformation create-stack，但aws cloudformation update-stack不存在此類選項。
