CSS目錄問題？

比方說，如果我鏈接到後臺IMG在CSS文件url(img/bg.png)，和CSS文件是在http://example.com/test/style.css和IMG文件是在http://example.com/test/img/bg.png

但是我瀏覽網頁時http://example.com/index.html，我想通過css文件<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='test/style.css' />與基地設置爲<base href="http://example.com" />
