These projects can be opened in Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, and Visual Studio 2010 SP1 without changing them.

原因更新2未正確安裝。我最終單獨安裝了Visual Studio和Update 2，Update 2安裝成功。現在一切正常。
