無法從dev.eclipse.org下載CVS項目

我正在嘗試從CVS存儲庫下載項目。存儲庫從:pserver:[email protected]:443/cvsroot/eclipse拍攝，但我不能爲無法從dev.eclipse.org下載CVS項目

我也嘗試過烏龜，但沒有奏效。

謝謝歐內斯特您的回答，但我不太明白。使用ISAtrpe，我可以添加另一個端口來允許SSL請求，我可以通過這種方式解決問題而無需與系統管理員通話嗎？但是我不明白我在isatrpe上看不到默認端口的原因。 –
