我無法在R包DRC中繪製drm。
我的數據包含三個變量;濃度(用於測定的化合物濃度的數值載體,以mg/L表示),除草劑(化合物類型的特徵載體),抑制(每次測試處理的抑制數值載體)。
劑量反應曲線工作正常,單獨的情節和模型的工作。
我試圖重新組織的數據幀,以使不同的除草劑是在頂部,而不是(即d或E代替甲或B),並且持續不合適的曲線似乎影響前兩種除草劑,無論它們是什麼。
