使用FPDF和FPDI

你可以從http://www.setasign.de/support/manuals/fpdi/fpdi/

下載PDF_TPL文件（PDF_TPL-1.2.1.zip）只需提取它，並把它放在同一文件夾中FPDI，你會被罰款。

使用相對路徑，例如，如果你的代碼是fpdf17內，你的要求應該是：

require('fpdf.php'); 
require('../fpdi142/fpdi.php');
