無法連接到本地服務器

Question

我正在使用pycharm和Google Cloud作爲後端的項目。在調試應用程序時，我無法連接到本地主機位置http://127.0.0.1:8080/，而是一直等到永久。

在控制檯窗口中，我看到下面的警告。我想知道什麼是阻止連接到http://127.0.0.1:8080/以及下列警告是否有任何影響？
