我有一個differenct用戶我的軟件（基於Windows的應用程序），我想根據用戶權限給予訪問..

例

Admin Login can able to access and edit all the forms 
User Login can able to limited access to edit and view the forms 
Employee login can able to view the forms only 
...

....

任何一個可以提供一些思路或此示例代碼...
