安裝Jasper Server導入導出錯誤

安裝Jasper Server時出錯。在安裝結束時，sugarcrm數據庫被成功創建，但是當Jasper Server開始導入某些內容時出現如下錯誤。

我使用Linux - 是Xubuntu 12.10和我的Java版本是

java version "1.7.0_25" 
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_25-b15) 
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.25-b01, mixed mode)

對我來說，這個問題與我的主機名有關。

首先我用我的主機名：

hostname 

然後，我更新了我的hosts文件：

nano /etc/hosts 

，包括我的主機名。例如。如果我的主機名是bobs-server

我說：

127.0.0.1    localhost.localdomain localhost bobs-server 

我再重新啓動我的服務器，並再次運行碧玉的安裝。
