ListView中的EmptyView在ActionBarActivity頁面上出現，即使列表不是空的

Question

ListView中的EmptyView即使列表不爲空也會出現在頁面上。 （我沒有使用ListActivity）

即使當我刪除setEmptyView（...）它沒有改變！ 我該怎麼辦？
