你的靜脈輸液處理使我困惑。你可以調用getIV（），但是你在哪裏設置了加密的IV？在我看來，你正在使用隨機四，這可能解釋爲什麼你每次都得到不同的加密數據。

我建議嘗試創建一個動態IvParameterSpec類，並用預設的IV填充它。
