儘管綁定文件中的「啓用」屬性等於true，BizTalk「接收位置」狀態仍保持禁用狀態

Question

我從「BizTalk Server管理控制檯」 - >「導入 - >綁定...」導入了示例綁定文件。

它創建了接收位置，但是儘管在文件<Enable>true</Enable>中，它創建了狀態爲disabled的位置。

是否可以使用綁定文件啓用它？
