看起來像基於調用堆棧，您正在執行升級的用戶可能缺少SQL服務器上的本地管理員權限。如果安裝用戶具有sysadmin SQL角色並且是SQL服務器上的本地管理員，那麼我懷疑您會通過此錯誤。
