我使用Google Image API get_serving_url來提供存儲在GCS中的圖像。與數據存儲訪問相比，get_serving_url在時間上更加昂貴。

URL是否改變？獲得一次服務url並將其存儲在數據存儲中以供進一步參考是一個好主意嗎？

它不應該改變，除非你調用其中一種刪除方法（delete_serving_url或delete_serving_url_async）。
