設置以下提前端點選項

1. 端點掛起狀態 - >錯誤代碼：-1
2. 端點超時狀態 - >錯誤代碼：-1
3. 連接超時 - >動作：從不超時

如果發生超時，端點將被掛起到30000ms（默認）。因此，如果到達該端點的任何請求到達，掛起時間將會忽略該請求。因此，通過禁用端點掛起將使端點狀態保持活動狀態總是。
