RewriteEngine On 
RewriteRule !\.(?:jpe?g|gif|bmp|png|tiff|css|js)$ index.php [L,NC]

下聯是排除JPG，JPEG，GIF ，bmp，png，tiff，css和js文件。其他的URI將被轉發到index.php。
