bintohex（）和random_bytes（）函數未定義在PHP 5.6的Linux

因爲它BIN2HEXhttp://php.net/manual/en/function.bin2hex.php不是 「bintohex」

random_bytes基本上在Php 7只存在根據文檔http://php.net/random_bytes但這裏是填充工具到5.x版本https://github.com/paragonie/random_compat
