    mc:Ignorable="d" 
    d:DesignHeight="300" d:DesignWidth="400"> 

    <Grid x:Name="LayoutRoot" Background="White"> 
     <navigation:Frame Source="/Page1.xaml" /> 
    </Grid> 
</UserControl>
