錯誤的來源是由於使用CharField而不是使用ChoiceField。 https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.11/ref/forms/fields/#choicefield

即使你試圖完成不會與創建的窗體一起工作。您必須爲您的配置文件模型創建一個ModelForm。然後，您可以簡單地在模板上渲染該字段。
