Topojson的doc states：SHP到topojson轉換：無輸出
可以指定ESRI形狀文件作爲輸入：
topojson -o output.json input.shp
我.shp文件有效，npm和topojson安裝，而且我我在輸入文件的目錄中（cd）。這個命令根本不適用於我，沒有輸出，也沒有反饋。
