Numpy升級失敗

由於Errno 1無法升級numpy，請幫助我如何升級numpy。也試過Unistalling，但它不能卸載numpy拋出相同的錯誤。Numpy升級失敗

[OSX El Capitan：sudo pip install OSError：\ [Errno：1 \] Operation not permitted]（https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33004708/osx-el-capitan-sudo-pip-安裝-OSERROR-錯誤號-1-操作不許可） –

試用python -m pip install SomePackage。 -m表示它將安裝最新版本的軟件包。還有一個很好的解釋，看看here。
