增加Google Chrome的超時限制

上網速度非常有限，正因爲如此，我無法加載多個有用的頁面，例如Trello，Bitbucket，Slack等。

Chrome控制檯向我顯示長列表超時錯誤，如GET https://..... net::ERR_TIMED_OUT。

我想知道是否有任何方法可以在Chrome中更改超時設置。
