解決你的linux發行版本（在我的情況亞馬遜的Linux AMI 2015.03 - x86_64的），然後運行：

rpm -Uvh https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/9.3/redhat/rhel-6-x86_64/pgdg-ami201503-93-9.3-3.noarch.rpm 
yum install pgbouncer

的結果是：

Installed: 
    pgbouncer.x86_64 0:1.7.2-6.rhel6
