但是我對這個桶沒有權限問題：

我可以創建Web界面桶文件夾
我檢查了兩次啓用的API，都似乎正確。
我有owner project role上service account。
I rm ~/.gsutil/credstore確保沒有緩存憑證。
我正在使用json export GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS
