UIImagePicker無法在iOS 3.1.3

imagePicker = [[UIImagePickerController alloc]init]; 
imagePicker.sourceType = UIImagePickerControllerSourceTypePhotoLibrary; 
imagePicker.delegate = self; 

[self.navigationController presentModalViewController:imagePicker animated:YES];
