Redmine不能從其他電腦工作

我已經在centos 7中安裝了redmine 3.2版本，它在localhost：3000中工作在同一臺機器上。但它不能在同一網絡中的其他電腦上工作。 我已經允許3000端口，並試圖阻止firewalld也。

在使用「ruby bin/rails server webrick -e production -p 3000」之前，似乎與redmine startup cmd有關，它只能在localhost中工作。現在使用這個命令「ruby bin/rails server webrick -e production -b 192.168.XX.XX -p 3000」與ipaddress工作正常。
