錯誤來自操作系統級別，與Python無關。這與任何編程語言都是一樣的。

請聯繫您的網絡管理員，看看有什麼事情，除非您自己解決防火牆問題。如果您需要HTTP代理，那麼您可以爲urllib配置一個。
