我遇到過類似的問題，如果不是相同的話。我安裝了VS2015更新3。在PC中沒有其他VS版本或版本 - 所以你可以說這是一個新鮮的安裝。在啓動VS時，它促使我獲得KB3165756（14.0.25431.0），接下來我獲得的是： -
