Spring項目模板沒有顯示模板

我下載春天STS 3.6.1，我試圖創建一個Spring MVC的項目，但模板丟失：Spring項目模板沒有顯示模板

所以其在錯誤日誌中的錯誤仔細看，通過Windows - Show View - Other - Error Log，調用File - New Project - Spring Project後，我看到這種症狀的原因。

這導致由互聯網連接無法到達https://raw.github.com
