您可能需要Bower作爲本地依賴項而不是全局屬性。如果您使用的是grunt-bower-task，則應該已經從其依賴關係下載了Bower - 但由於該錯誤明確指出它無法找到模塊bower，因此應該將其安裝在項目根目錄npm install bower -D的本地。

-D選項是--save-dev的簡寫形式，如果NODE_ENV環境變量爲development（僅默認情況下），則該選項僅安裝相關性。
