（1）這種情況發生時所下載安裝程序文件是損壞或在安裝過程中發生錯誤。

您可以在安裝/修改過程中跳過「Windows SDK」，並單獨安裝SDK。從 下載SDK https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk

（2）您的防病毒防護或防火牆也可能阻止安裝。禁用並檢查。
