刪除Tkinter中的最小化/最大化按鈕

我有一個python程序，它打開一個新的窗口來顯示一些「關於」信息。這個窗口有它自己的關閉按鈕，我已經使它不可調整大小。然而，最大化和最小化的按鈕仍然存在，我希望它們消失。
