禁用移動設備上的鏈接

我有一個由內容視圖插件填充的頁面。內容是特定類別的博客文章。我禁用了鏈接，以便人們只能看到該網頁上的內容，並且無法點擊縮略圖轉到帖子頁面。我禁用了CSS的點擊，但是，在移動設備上這不起作用。如同，如果我觸摸縮略圖，它仍然會將我帶到帖子頁面。不確定我是否有道理;這裏是供參考頁：
