php move_uploaded_file（）不能上傳視頻

你好，我嘗試閱讀類似的問題，並不能解決問題。

我成功上傳圖片，但無法將視頻上傳到我的服務器，現在我正在使用XAMPP在本地進行測試。

我已經給寫作，閱讀文件夾的權限，它仍然不動的文件，當然還有我的PHP文件是在同一文件夾作爲我在這種情況下，目的地「./」
