Bower和jquery.slimscroll 1.3.2

最新的jquery.slimscroll，版本1.3.2已修復其中的95問題 - 請參閱第378行的attachWheel函數。但鮑爾認爲最新的jquery.slimscroll是版本1.3.1並試圖註冊1.3.2生成一個「重複包」錯誤。當我使用Bower下載最新版本並檢查attachWheel時，我看到了導致錯誤95的行（並且還看到了FireFox中的錯誤）。
