緩存Linq重用結果MVC 3

Question

我想了解如何重用我的Linqtotwitter結果以便在我的應用程序中重用。 一切工作正常，除非我打算速度限制非常迅速，如果我不做一種形式的緩存。我在我的應用程序中有3個查詢觸發了twitter feed。

我試圖使用http://ardalis.com/introducing-the-cachedrepository-pattern的知識庫模式，但它在我頭上的方式，讓我只是說我沒有得到太多。
