Rails生成並不適用於開發Gem

我正在構建一個小型Gem，我希望能夠使用Rails G來處理某些事情，但每次我都會得到同樣的（長）響應

我認爲有可能使用Rails G，儘管實際上在構建gem時並未在rails環境中工作？

Description: 
    The 'rails new' command creates a new Rails application with a default

    defaults values shown above in this help message. 

Example:
