CMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH是CMake放置它建立的庫的地方，而不是它尋找現有庫的地方。

嘗試在add_executable之前加入link_directories("${PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR}/lib")。

然後執行make VERBOSE=1來查看正在傳遞的編譯器選項 - 希望其中一個將是您剛剛添加的-L（庫搜索路徑）。
