我有同樣的問題。您的域名沒有配置好電子郵件。如果您的域指向的電子郵件服務器本身不是自己的，或者您的主機不支持電子郵件，cpanel將無法正常工作。您只能發送電子郵件，但不能收到。

在我的情況的問題是，我的客戶使用「谷歌Apps的電子郵件服務提供商，因此電子郵件我通過cPanel創建的電子郵件將無法正常工作（無法接收電子郵件），因爲Google無法找到通過cpanel創建的電子郵件。
