您確實需要該插件的許可證。你可以request an evaluation license。

您每次都沒有收到許可證錯誤，這是相當令人驚訝的。有些分析不能包含C/C++文件。

SonarQube平臺是FOSS，但是SonarSource C/C++插件不是。還有一個社區支持的插件，但我沒有經驗：https://github.com/SonarOpenCommunity/sonar-cxx –
