我想你沒有啓動（或沒有安裝）你的Solr服務器。

1. 下載最新的Apache Solr
2. 版本在Solr Tutorial 按照指示啓動服務器的默認端口是8983，所以你應該能夠在本地主機到達你的Solr服務器：8983/Solr的
3. 在應用.config文件在SolrSharp中，替換服務器的url中的端口
