停止Windows服務時出錯

我在Windows Server 2003 x64上使用PowerShell 1.0。執行以下語句時，下面會出現錯誤。並非每次發生此錯誤時，如果發生此錯誤並且我再次執行此命令，則不會再有錯誤！這太奇怪了。任何想法有什麼不對？
