PAYPAL IPN和PDT失敗

我正在使用PayPal進行付款的訂購系統。

目前存在IPN問題。

我已經使用通過下面這個鏈接提供的示例IPN代碼：

但是每一次我通過IPN模擬器測試IPN它顯示如下錯誤：

IPN was not sent, and the handshake was not verified. Please review your information.

有不少人提出建議IPN模擬器損壞。
