在你apt-get輸出，最後一行說：

E：-y不--force-是

如果你看一下actual script Heroku uses to install itself on linux，使用的有問題和對應於apt-get install -y heroku-toolbelt一行。

嘗試運行此操作：apt-get install -y --force-yes heroku-toolbelt
